🕳️ The Mine Shaft — find it near camp and press E to descend. Underground is dark and dense with rich veins, but the deeper you dig the more it pays… and the more it bites (cave-ins, mine-varmints). Press E at the shaft to climb out with your haul. Die down there and you drop your gold where you fall.
⚡ Gold Strikes — every few minutes a giant mega-vein surfaces somewhere. Race there for a jackpot before it’s gone. 🐎 Craft a Horse to get there first. 🍺 Feeling lucky? Hit the Saloon (L) and gamble your gold on the slots.
Cook at a Campfire (build one!) — Cooked Steak, Chili and Jerky fill your FOOD bar and grant buffs.
Build (B) a homestead: Fences & Stone Walls block outlaws, Bear Traps shred them. Production buildings (Cactus Farm, Ore Mine, Forge…) work automatically — even while you're away.
At night outlaws & varmints prowl the canyons. Outlaws, fast Coyotes, tanky Bandit Brutes and quick-draw Gunslingers — they get worse every day. Get behind your fences, craft an Oil Lantern to see, and survive until dawn.
Eat before FOOD hits zero — you lose health while starving. Sell loot at the Trading Post, spend gold in Upgrades (U), clear Daily quests (G) and chase Goals (J).
The further you roam from camp, the tougher & richer the frontier (☠ tier, top-right). Level up for permanent perks, then trigger Gold Fever to prestige for stacking power.
